Elevate Health is currently comprised of Dr. J Kevin Giglio, Dr. Michael D Giglio, and Dr. Max Schimelpfenig. Dr. Kevin Giglio grew up in the Shepherd Park Plaza neighborhood and has been proudly serving Garden Oaks and Oak Forest for nearly 35 years. His son, Dr. Michael Giglio, joined the practice in July 2021 and has also lived in and served the GOOF community for several years. Together they welcomed Dr. Max Schimelpfenig, the latest addition to Elevate Health, in September 2023 in pursuit of continuing to expand access, improve healthcare outcomes, and provide high quality evidence based care to the Greater Heights and GOOF community locally, and to patients both near and far who continue to drive to see them.
